THE STORE
Lola’s existence is built on the belief that we can change how people perceive second hand for kids—a product that’s been viewed, experienced and received the same way for generations. If we succeed, we can encourage more people to choose, explore, and get inspired by this piece of gold. A life-essential garment that deserves the same recognition as haute couture.
Our first step on this journey was to create a unique atmosphere that breathes anything but second hand.
A space that moves these clothes to the front line.
FLOOR
Unlike many other children's stores, ours is designed with grown-ups in mind—an environment where you can take a break from the childish without losing that sense of fun. Part of this is stepping onto a floor that, through its pattern and color, instantly adds a high-design touch.
COLOR
We’ve added bold color accents, including a vibrant red butcher’s curtain, to create a strong identity. The deep Burgundy walls provide a soft contrast, making the ever-changing selection pop. Our custom-designed shelf, also in striking red, runs along one of the walls, adding a unique design element. Combined with the floor, ceiling, and other décor, our color gives the space a unique, welcoming vibe that's rare in retail environments.
SELECTION
Reflective metal objects appear throughout the store, in the form of tables, lighting, and details. These elements are part of the concept of an (unexpected) shopping experience that both contrasts with and enhances the products. The reflective surfaces blur the line between art, architecture, and product, without compromising on functionality or aesthetics.
The objects are designed by our own Lisa Lindh and produced in Stockholm.
SILVER OBJECTS
To simplify, inspire, and help people discover the unexpected, we've curated our selection. This means we always aim for a balance between timeless basics, seasonal must-haves and statement pieces. It’s also a key part of encouraging people to explore and find something they didn’t even know they were looking for

OTHER CREATIONS
Since we’re a bit obsessed with atmosphere and how it influences both products and people, we’ve helped others achieve the same. Here are some of our projects.
LOUIS ABEL
SET DESIGN
We helped the talented Swedish jewelry designer Louis Abel host an event for international fashion media. We created and planned the visual concept to bring the brand and story to life, designing an atmosphere that enhanced every detail, from the food to the décor.
POSTO
INTERIOR DESIGN
When Swedish brand Estrid moved to a new office, they needed help shaping a more mature identity. After five years on the market, they were ready for a grown-up look. This included a new color scheme, a concept that aligned with their packaging, and a furniture layout designed to encourage interaction
LOLA LEGACY
PRODUCT AND INTERIOR DESIGN
Conceptualization and interior design for Philippe Cohen's pasta restaurant, Posto. Over the years, the concept has been applied to four locations in Stockholm and Gothenburg, with more to come. The design of the spaces and furniture emphasizes timelessness and transparency, giving guests a glimpse into the production process.
