Shipping and Delivery

When you shop at lolalegacy.com, packages are delivered via PostNord. There are three different delivery options available, which will be presented during checkout. We offer shipping to all of Sweden, and the delivery will be made via the option you select. You can choose to:

• Pick up the package at Lola Legacy, Odengatan 72, Stockholm.

• Have the package delivered to your mailbox, doorstep, or a nearby pick-up point.

The cost of delivery depends on the option you choose. All available delivery methods, their costs, and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your delivery is booked, we will send a confirmation to your email address. The confirmation will include information about the selected delivery method, any tracking details, and other relevant terms, such as store pick-up hours. If your package is being shipped, you will also receive information from the carrier about the expected delivery date.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, items are delivered within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay and the delivery exceeds 14 days, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase. If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please contact us at lola@lolalegacy.com, and we will assist you.

Package Pick-Up

For orders that are to be picked up at Lola Legacy, Odengatan 72, the package must be collected within 14 days. For orders with PostNord, you have 7 days to pick up the package at the specified pick-up point.

If you do not pick up your package within the specified time, the purchase will be canceled. The product will then be returned to us, and you will be refunded the amount for the product, minus the shipping cost.

Return Policy

We of course hope that you won’t need to return your item, but if you do, it’s easy. As a customer of lolalegacy.com, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving it or picking it up. Please note that this return policy does not apply to purchases made in our physical store.

To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This means the tags should still be attached to the item, and the product should be returned in its original packaging or equivalent. The return process will vary depending on the delivery method you selected when you received your order.

How to Make a Return

• If you chose to pick up your package at Lola Legacy, Odengatan 72, the return must be made at the same location. Please check the store’s opening hours and contact details before making your return. Returns made directly at the store are always free of charge.

• For other delivery methods, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us at lola@lolalegacy.com, stating which product you want to return and why.

  2. Follow the instructions we send you, which may include using a return shipping label.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will process a refund within 14 days from when we receive and inspect the product. The refund will be made to the same payment method used during the purchase. Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
